
One of our longstanding clients, operating as one of the largest financial organisations throughout the Nordics, are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to help bolster their current team, which sits at 14 internally with a wide use of external partners.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.Design, configure, and customise Salesforce applications to meet business needs.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and system design.Lead user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.Work with development teams to ensure successful implementation of changes and enhancements.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.Requirements:Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce in previous roles.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, configuration, and customisation.Proficiency in gathering and analysing business requirements to deliver effective solutions.Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business processes.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) would be a plus.If you're interested in hearing more, apply below :)
