Salesforce Administrator - Manhattan, New York $100K - $115K

A growing non profit organization in Manhattan is looking to add a Salesforce Admin to their growing team. If you are a junior-middle level admin looking to learn from a senior Salesforce professional that is more than half way to becoming a CTA, then apply to this position as this is a urgent hire.

As a Administrator, you will be supporting various departments, improve processes with declarative development, enhance system functionality, and implement best practices. This is a highly collaborative role where you will be working hand in hand with the hiring manager to determine creative solutions on the platform, drive user adoption, work with stakeholders, and increase the functionality of the platform. Moreover, you will be expected to maintain I high level of data integrity in the platform.

Salesforce Administrator - Manhattan, NY $100K - $115K

• 2 - 5 years' experience as a Salesforce admins preferred
• Configuration experience is a MUST
• Non-profit experience preferred but not required
• Provide strategic consulting of best practices, training programs, and the use of CRM applications to end users
• Salesforce certified ADM 201 strongly desired and Advanced ADM Cert major bonus
• Proficiency with salesforce Flow, object, layouts, workflows, process builder and validation rules, permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas
• Experience in implementation projects using Agile methods and practices, preferred
• You will support the day-to-day running of the business within Salesforce, which includes interacting with business users, technology partners, and sourcing partners.
• Facilitate business process review workshops and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements
