The Solutions Consultant is a key driver for this organization. In this role, you leverage your business knowledge to lead customers through requirements and design sessions, aligning customer needs to the offered software. You should be able to explain and promote best practices for customers to share the collective wisdom of past successes and experiences. The Solutions Consultant will be key in delivering project documentation and training to propel customers on their integrated risk management journey.
2+ years of Salesforce experience (strongly preferred)
2+ years of technical work experience: creating and documenting business use cases, specifications, and documentation
Ability to translate business requirements into written technical specs
Understands and applies analysis tools/techniques, issue resolution skills and demonstrates strong knowledge of relevant factors in the industry
Experience leading discovery sessions with external clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and time management skills
Experience implementing Risk Management Software (on top of Salesforce) is a big plus
