IT Process Owner Salesforce 100% (m/f/d)
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Planning and further development of the CRM application Salesforce in collaboration with users
- Application lifecycle management of the CRM application Salesforce
- Ensuring compliance with IT security and IT governance guidelines
- Prioritizing the use of Salesforce standard features and best practices
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes with Salesforce
- Analyzing new requirements from business areas, identifying possible solutions, and supporting the implementation process
- Developing user reports, participating in the documentation of new processes and workflows, and assisting with testing and training
- Taking on project management tasks
- Creating and maintaining user groups
For this exciting and versatile position, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
- Several years of experience in IT-related handling of the Salesforce platform, including data models
- Experience in an international manufacturing company is a significant advantage
- Profound experience in project management and sub-project management
- Good knowledge of modern IT system landscapes
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
