Job Description:

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Loyalty Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement, build brand loyalty, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage data-driven, personalized campaigns, ensuring that our customers receive relevant and timely communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
  • Create and maintain customer segments and audiences for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize data analysis and customer insights to personalize campaigns and optimize customer experiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Loyalty Program team to design and implement strategies that drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry regulations, including data privacy and email marketing regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide support and training to marketing team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in segmentation, personalization, and automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with customer loyalty program strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of email marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.
