
Responsibilities:
* Identifying new approaches and solutions to business problems
* Creation and design of the product vision and roadmap in cooperation with the departments and the cross-cloud management team
* Leverage standard Salesforce features and best practices as much as possible
* Developing user stories, contributing to the documentation of new processes and procedures, and supporting tests and training
* Assessment and prioritization of the requirements from the departments and development of solutions in coordination with the responsible IT managers
* Ensuring transparency of the statuses of epics and user stories and taking on project management tasks

Experience:
* Completed studies in business administration or business informatics or comparable training
* At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce processes and the Salesforce product (preferably in the Service Cloud and Experience Cloud area)
* In-depth knowledge in the analysis of business processes in a service-oriented organization
* Several years of experience in agile project management and specialist knowledge of the entire software life cycle
* Salesforce certification (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ Specialist) or high Trailhead qualification is an advantage
* Fluent German and good English skills
