Marketing Operations Lead - Pardot/Salesforce
I am working closely with an organisation that is now on the lookout for a Marketing Operations Manager
. The firm itself is a west established brand within its sector and they're looking to bolster their B2B Marketing Automation
efforts by bringing a new addition to their Marketing team.
As the Marketing Operations Manager
, a key part of your role will be to use the Pardot and Salesforce
platforms in a hands-on and technical capacity. A big part of this role will to audit the organisation's current Marketing Automation
efforts and to build out a Marketing Automation
strategy for the rest of 2021 and 2022. Another key element of this role is to be confident and have stakeholder management skills for when it comes to speaking with Marketing and Sales Directors about campaigns time schedules and also campaign content.
This organisation is at the very start of their Pardot
so after the scoping/strategy work they'll need lead nurturing and scoring
set up as well business units configured for different regions/brands. Quite often you'll be in and out of the Engagement studio
to set this up and you'll also be hands-on with working on some administrator duties like maintaining data hygiene and also, setting dashboards and reports
in Sales Cloud
- Previous experience using Pardot is essential for this role
- A Pardot or Salesforce certification isn't absolutely necessary but if you have one great!
- Experience with using the Engagement studio
- Knowledge of how to build landing pages
- Prior experience setting up a Marketing Automation strategy
- Lead nurturing and lead scoring set up experience
The organisation themselves are in the tech/software business and they're currently going through a huge digital transformation. This company has very recently implemented Pardot
and this role represents the opportunity to work on a fresh system and make the platform your own. This hire will be the first of a Marketing Operations
team that they have ambitions of also hiring for so there would also be the opportunity to have autonomy with and potential to run a team here.
