Role & Responsibilities
- Showing a technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and carry this knowledge into strategic decisions about the best solutions for business problems
- Communicating with stake holder management which will include non technical senior management.
- Development of a third party salesforce service cloud solution to the highest standard.
- Ensuring updates are appropriate for business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience of Salesforce multi cloud in a large complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, Salesforce development, integration, identity & access management, and deployment experience.
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, Platform Dev 1. or Platform App Builder
- Agile working methodology
