My client are a reputable and well-established executive search firm. They are seeking an experienced Saleforce BA to join their growing team!
Role & Responsibilities
- Working with the wider IT Team supporting Business Architecture Definition & Analysis
- Working closely with the product manager to identify new capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Managing the business requirements gathering and traceability processes
- Working with business users, completing requirements elicitation & management and translate their URS (user requirements) into FRS (functional spec) documents and Acceptance Criteria
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years' Salesforce BA experience
- Good configuration knowledge
- Experience gathering and analysing client requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
