The candidate must have Servicecloud experience and have the right to work in the UK.

Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out implementations of CRM activity.
- Communicate with Stakeholders in various teams
- Enhance, Maintain and create automation using flows and process building.
- Provide support for any CRM user.
- Trouble shooting operational issues and resolve the and fix the root cause of the problem.
- Setup and run report dashboards.
- Work closely with the Transformation manager to implement changes tot he Service cloud system.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years salesforce experience
- Must have service cloud experience
- Strong communications
