
Job Description
My client is a successful End User organization in the luxury retail sector that is looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team. My client has been going from strength to strength and Salesforce is a key part of their business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day user support and administration, troubleshooting and maintaining a 'clean' user-friendly CRM
- Manage the day-to-day user queries and requests whilst also supporting the business and pushing the capabilities of the platform.
- Implementation of new Salesforce systems and integration of new and existing systems
- Working directly with stakeholders and the Salesforce team
- Help define the roadmap for the CRM and shape the strategy
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Salesforce as a Senior Salesforce Administrator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Advanced Administrator are beneficial
- Experience working in an environment with multiple integrations
