Job Description

Our client is a key player in the entertainment industry and they are looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a passionate, growing team and be involved in some exciting projects with working with a market leader.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, release, and maintain Salesforce customizations.
  • Manage complex workflow rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, and custom fields/objects.
  • Improve user experience, solve technical issues, invent creative solutions.
  • Understand and monitor the usage of Salesforce.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud Lightning
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator & Platform App Builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
