Job Description

Our client is looking for a strong Salesforce Administrator to join their organization and work with the Business Systems team. You will be working closely with and supporting the operational teams to maintain a high level of service delivery.

Role & Responsibilities
  • General administration of Salesforce platform and mentoring of the support team.
  • Management of data within Salesforce system (creating, updating, and deleting data)
  • User creation, support, and management.
  • Creating training documentation and carrying out basic training for users.
  • Creation of processes using workflow, process builder, and flows

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in a support-based role.
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Experience with Salesforce communities.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience with data tools (Dataloader)
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desired.
