
Job Description
My client is a successful organization in the travel and tourism sector that is looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a strong Salesforce Administrator with previous experience mentoring and upskilling junior team members
Role & Responsibilities
- Work closely with key stakeholders across various teams to gather requirements and translate these into user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria
- Drafting Salesforce technical design and implementation documents
- Support Salesforce Administrator(s) in ongoing personal and professional development
- Manage user setup, profiles, and roles, the configuration of fields, record types, page layouts etc
- Overseeing the end-to-end configuration and change management of system improvements
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Salesforce Administrator with experience mentoring/managing Junior team members
- Strong people and communication skills
- Salesforce ADM201 certification is required (any other certifications are beneficial)
