Lead Salesforce Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• You will support the Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA team with the evaluation, scope, and completion of Salesforce Development requests
• Work with the managed service partner and supplier to ensure delivery happens within timelines
• You will take the lead in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) e.g discovery, requirements, analysis, design, architecture, implementation, testing, and documentation
• Establish best practices for Salesforce Development

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Salesforce Developer with experience creating solutions and technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations (covering Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Clouds)
• Extensive understanding of the Salesforce platform with the ability to build custom apps using advanced Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC), streaming API, etc

Benefits

• Flexible base salary range (between £65,000 - 80,000 depending on experience)
