Role & Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and stakeholders to understand business challenges
• Creation of high-quality user stories reflecting customer challenges
• Support the Salesforce Administrator team in assessing impacts of implementations
• Assist solution architect with project estimation and scoping
• Provide Salesforce training to internal stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce workshops
• Stakeholder management
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams
