Salesforce Business Analyst

My client is a leading UK Salesforce partner that is looking to hire 5 x Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultants to join their growing team. The ideal candidate with have previous experience working with a UK Salesforce partner or will have worked in Professional and Client Services or the Finance Sector.

Role & Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements and writing user stories
• Evaluate the technical impacts and other business or change impacts that result from the Solutions you produce
• Scope and plan the management of client projects
• Work closely with designers, developers, and testers to refine and clarify user stories for the build

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in agile digital transformation projects within the public, private, or finance sector is essential
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are required for these positions
• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce system and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members/clients.
• Certifications would be very beneficial
