The Managed Service Account Manager role is responsible for ensuring good relationships are kept with a number of clients. The placed candidate would lead end to end delivery life cycle and be responsible for requirements analysis, solution design, build, testing and deployment of fixes and enhancements. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for the client and from this will have to lead improvements made to the clients salesforce platform. Responsibilities

Analysing the clients needs and helping them refine and define their requirements.
