Role & Responsibilities

• Utilize your excellent technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform to benefit the business
• Recruit, manage, and develop a Salesforce Development team
• Drive Salesforce adoption and articulate the vision to all levels of stakeholder
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flow, Process Builder, and Visualforce
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive previous experience working in Salesforce Development
• Experience building, leading, and mentoring a team of Junior - Mid-level Developers
• Ability to work effectively alongside a team of Salesforce Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Delivery Leads to lead the design, development, testing, and change management of the Salesforce platform.
