
Job Description
My client is a successful business intelligence organization based in London that works across a range of sectors. My client is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Platform Manager/Team Lead to join their growing London team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a team of Salesforce professionals (Administrators and Developers)and ensuring they follow Salesforce best practice
- Be the primary contact for Salesforce within the team, interact with stakeholders to keep them informed of the progress of projects and changes
- Utilize previous experience with Salesforce to ensure the platform runs smoothly and effectively - dealing with any issues as they arise and making changes as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a hands-on role as a Salesforce professional (experience and understanding of configuration)
- Previous experience mentoring/managing a Salesforce team
- Salesforce certified
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
