Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Consultant to join an award winning platinum partner. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Account Engagement (Pardot's) functionalities and the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of implementing Pardot solutions to drive marketing automation and lead management strategies.


Role & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into Pardot strategies and solutions.
  • Design and implement Pardot marketing automation workflows, including email marketing, lead nurturing, scoring models, and campaign management.
  • Configure and customize Pardot to align with business requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform's features.
  • Integrate Pardot with Salesforce CRM and other third-party applications for seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Develop and optimize lead generation processes, leveraging Pardot's capabilities to increase lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Create and maintain documentation, providing training and support to end-users and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on Pardot and Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends.


Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience working in a Marketing Automation role with a focus on Pardot
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Pardot functionalities (automation, segmentation, lead scoring), and Salesforce certifications (Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
