My client a global consulting business requires an experienced Engagement Director to join their Salesforce practice. This role will focus on converting the most significant Salesforce solutions and opportunities in to wins (typical deal values 5 to 10million)

Role & Responsibilities
  • Assist in the qualification of major Salesforce deals for the firm
  • In partnership with account management teams and the consulting business, shape and scope new business opportunity
  • Lead the delivery of deals working closely with the consulting business and partners
  • Work closely with senior level stakeholders and build personal and corporate credibility

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong commercial acumen with indepth experience of solution and service deals
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce CRM and wider digital transformation,experience of the application and exploitation of Agile and DevOps delivery processes and techniques is key.
  • A proven track record of forming creative and business winning client propositions
  • Sales driven mentality, capability of selling a number of combined IT and non-IT services
