A well established and highly respected boutique Salesforce partner is looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Account Manager. This role will focus on managing and developing their existing customer base, ensuring their strategic objectives are met.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers, building & developing relationships and consistently ensuring strategic objectives are met.
- Explore potential growth opportunities by utilizing in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and it's related products to make recommendations to clients.
- Build relationships with the Vendor and work effectively with the appropriate PAM's or Account execs.
- Provide status reports to senior management
- Ensure smooth client relationship between commercial and delivery/consulting team
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in an Account Management role ideally within professional services or consulting domain
- Good understanding of Salesforce and it's related products
- Excellent presentation and communication style
- Passion for digital transformation and SaaS products
- Competitive basic salary starting from £50,000
