Job Description

Head of Salesforce Field Service working for an 'inner circle' Salesforce partner. This role will lead the growth of the UK Field Service business across the UK, working in partnership with the Head of the Salesforce practice to ensure the effective delivery and running of this unit.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Be the subject matter expert for everything Salesforce Field Service for the UK consulting business
  • Significant experience in architecting and directing Salesforce Field Service capabilities and solutions
  • Experience of the end-to-end lifecycle of a Field Service engineer and able to offer solution which extend the Salesforce capability
  • Experience in implementing architectural governance and patterns, and experience proactively managing issues and risks throughout the delivery lifecycle

  • A proven Salesforce Architect
