Programme & Engagement Manager (Salesforce)

My client a leading Salesforce platinum partner require an experienced Programme & Engagement Manager to assist with the global rollout of Salesforce implementations for their large scale projects.


Role & Responsibilities

• Working effectively with the consulting team and external clients managing a portfolio of projects within a global Programme.
• Managing the client relationship including stakeholder management, strategy alignment and delivering customer success.
• Manage the delivery team within an Agile Jira environment
• Engagement with C-level stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Programme and or Engagement Manager role ideally gained in a Partner or Consultancy environment
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce ecosystem
• Significant change and digital transformation experience
