Role & Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation and development of the Nightstop CRM (Salesforce Lightning) across the Nightstop Network.
Work with the Database Manager and the Data, Research and Evaulation team to design effective monitoring systems and dashboards for new existing services.
Help to define a new data monitoring process, supporting staff across the company to ensure data is inputted in a timely way and that quality, integrity and data security is assured.
Lead on data requests, report creation and the improvement of Dashboards for all services.
Responsible for the data related to these projects, overall data-quality monitoring and some evaluation tasks across all of the company's services.
Skills & Qualifications
A Salesforce certified administrator with a Salesforce certification (ADM201)
At least 6 months experience of providing technical support to Salesforce database users
Experience of following standard data processes within a team environment to ensure consistency and continuity
