Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of feedback surveys as required, from questionnaire design, fieldwork, to reporting, ensuring that insights are shared with the wider organisation
  • Develop and maintain relevant reports and dashboards in Salesforce and PowerBI and/or Tableau
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder data strategy for obtaining and maintaining wide-ranging data from both on-line and off-line sources.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous Salesforce Administration experience
  • Exposure to Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Proven ability to turn statistical analysis into practical, effective recommendations for improvement
