Role & Responsibilities

• Working closely with various teams to gather requirements and translate these into user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria
• Drafting Salesforce technical design and implementation documents
• Providing expertise of incremental change and agile delivery

Skills & Qualifications

• End-to-end implementation experience with Salesforce
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Multi-cloud exposure, with an in-depth understanding of Sales Cloud
