Role & Responsibilities
- Able to lead technical design of the build and independently implement complex cases
- Lead code reviews
- Able to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and challenge where appropriate
- Responsible for management and mentoring junior staff
Skills & Qualifications
- Able to produce clear technical design documentation
- Experience in the complete life cycle of project development (SFDC)
- Saleforce Platform Developer 1 certified
