Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that already have an established Salesforce team, and are looking to further their investment in Salesforce by the building of a new department meaning this is an opportunity to work on a greenfield project.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Administration and support of including: Process automation and creation and update of page layouts and Lightning Record Pages
  • Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and internal stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions to support business requirements
  • Support Admin team in their learnings of Salesforce and guidance of best practice

Skills & Qualifications
  • ADM201 Salesforce Administrator Certificate
  • Ability to provide solutions and estimates for configuration requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of working with Salesforce Lightning Experience, preferably in both B2B and B2C scenarios
  • Experience with Sales/Service Cloud is essential, experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities and Omni-Channel would be a plus
