
Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that already have an established Salesforce team, and are looking to further their investment in Salesforce by the building of a new department meaning this is an opportunity to work on a greenfield project.
Role & Responsibilities
- Administration and support of Salesforce.com including: Process automation and creation and update of page layouts and Lightning Record Pages
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and internal stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions to support business requirements
- Support Admin team in their learnings of Salesforce and guidance of best practice
Skills & Qualifications
- ADM201 Salesforce Administrator Certificate
- Ability to provide solutions and estimates for configuration requirements
- Demonstrable experience of working with Salesforce Lightning Experience, preferably in both B2B and B2C scenarios
- Experience with Sales/Service Cloud is essential, experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities and Omni-Channel would be a plus
