Senior Salesforce Administrator Opportunity - up to 70k (depending on experience) - Hybrid (London)

Key responsibilities:
Applying Salesforce security best practice.
Implementing, contributing and influencing Salesforce architecture.
Project engagement and scoping requirements.
Working closely with internal team members and external stakeholders to establish business needs and requirements.
Creating and managing Data Metrics and KPIs.
Designing and supporting the integration of Salesforce with other business platforms.
You will be responsible for the Salesforce Administration tasks, including User Access, System Security, Role and Profile modifications (including Permission Sets, Sharing Rules & Public Groups). Creation of Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards and Process Builder.
Testing of implemented solutions.
Deployment of developed solutions to the Production environment.
Mentoring and supporting other team members, improving their Salesforce knowledge and skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
Salesforce Certifications.
Experience with Sales Cloud/ CPQ/ Marketing Cloud.
Experience of working as a Salesforce Administrator/ Developer on large scale deployments.
Experience of gathering requirements, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing at all phases, migration and deployment.
Experience of mentoring.
Knowledge of operational and application security.
Good understanding of Salesforce data modelling.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
