Senior Salesforce Administrator

Senior Salesforce Administrator Opportunity - 50-70k (depending on experience) - Remote/ Hybrid (Berkshire)



This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing automotive technology provider!



Key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for technical design and delivery of complex BCRs and projects.
• Collaborating with different teams to design, build and support solutions on and surrounding the Salesforce platform.
• Facilitating release management activities across teams, ensuring controlled and timely deployments within a continuous integration environment. Ensuring all changes are documented, reviewed, tested and approved before release.
• Prototyping.
• Hands-on resolution of P1 tickets or other complex issues when required.
• Mentoring junior members to enable support teams to rotate into the declarative team activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications.
• Salesforce Flow experience.

• Experienced in the systems delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing (all phases), migration and deployment.

• Experience with data modelling, integration patterns and Salesforce architecture best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce offerings, including licensing options.
• Experience with deployment management and software delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills.
