My client is a market leading automotive retailer.

The Salesforce administrator is responsible for the day-to-day health and configuration of the Salesforce application. This includes managing a range of regular, routine administrative tasks within the Salesforce application, ranging from helping users develop reports and resetting passwords to maintaining data quality, managing systems changes and deployment, adding fields, running backups, provision of training for the IT Service Desk team, among other tasks. This role is a critical part of the Business Support service team, also providing end user technical support for escalations

Role & Responsibilities
  • Unlocking user accounts, resetting passwords
  • Dealing with SSO, Certificate and Authentication issues
  • Troubleshooting email campaigns
  • Fixing data records
  • Managing report queries
  • Monitoring, management, and completion of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly administrative tasks as defined by the Senior Program architect as part of the Salesforce configuration.
  • User training

  • ADM 201 Certificate, Preferable
  • Must have experience with User training in person and virtually
