Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Relevant experience with Sales and Service Cloud.

Task:

• Maintain and enhance Salesforce system functionality.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Provide end-user support and training.
