Job Description

My client operate in the education sector and are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team!

The role will help to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce and related applications through analysing business requirements, and managing and delivering changes, as well as supporting any projects related to Salesforce.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Analysing requirements from users and cases raised within Salesforce Lightning from business users and for other group wide initiatives which require Salesforce Lightning and other integrated applications such as FinancialForce and DocuSign
  • Working with business stakeholders to define and clarify scope of requirements and prioritise change requests in line with business requirements
  • Documenting user stories

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Experience gathering and analysing business requirements
  • Excellent communciation and stakeholder management skills
