Senior Salesforce Consultant

Are you an experienced Salesforce Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Salesforce Partner? We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join a dynamic team based in Amsterdam. As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients maximize their Salesforce investment by providing strategic consulting and technical expertise. You will be responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions, analyzing client requirements, and delivering best-in-class solutions to help drive their business success.



Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working as a Salesforce consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements, and design and implement Salesforce solutions based on best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on Salesforce best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends.
• Lead Salesforce projects, including managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Conduct Salesforce training sessions for clients, as needed.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
