  • About the Role:

    My client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Commercial Manager to drive digital transformation and innovation within a global business environment. In this role, you will take ownership of a crucial digital product domain while working to reshape the application landscape and introduce innovative technologies. Your main focus will be on CRM and Commercial Services Enablement, leading the development of a strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives. This position requires a dynamic individual who can provide leadership, direction, and coaching to cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and manage budgets and external partnerships. Your expertise will shape the customer experience, break down silos, and ensure continuous product improvement.

Holding a Master's Degree in IT, Business Economics, or equivalent, you bring a minimum of five years' experience in IT service delivery, with a deep understanding of business processes. Experience in technology road mapping, strategic development, and knowledge of technologies such as Salesforce and Contact Centers is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a flexible attitude are essential. Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time round out your profile.
