Serve as the front-line support for salesforce internal end-user ticket queue in order to effectively support the organization and achieve customer SLAs
Serve as the Systems Administrator for the core suite of Business Operations-owned systems focused on VHL's CRM and marketing automation environment, including Salesforce, Marketo, and other sales or marketing related applications
Assist with the technical systems execution of ongoing Business Operations-owned processes, in partnership with the Senior Business Analyst and Revenue Operations Analyst
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Technology, and other teams to translate business requirements into new systems features, functionality, and processes
Support additional Business Operations special projects or technical work as needed
2 to 3 years of experience in a salesforce administrator role responding to end-user/customer needs and managing tickets
Bachelor's Degree
Salesforce Admin certification completed or in the process
Well-developed technical and Microsoft Excel skills
Experience managing multiple priorities, problem-solving and thinking analytically
Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
