Job Description:
  • Serve as the front-line support for salesforce internal end-user ticket queue in order to effectively support the organization and achieve customer SLAs
  • Serve as the Systems Administrator for the core suite of Business Operations-owned systems focused on VHL's CRM and marketing automation environment, including Salesforce, Marketo, and other sales or marketing related applications
  • Assist with the technical systems execution of ongoing Business Operations-owned processes, in partnership with the Senior Business Analyst and Revenue Operations Analyst
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Technology, and other teams to translate business requirements into new systems features, functionality, and processes
  • Support additional Business Operations special projects or technical work as needed
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a salesforce administrator role responding to end-user/customer needs and managing tickets
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Salesforce Admin certification completed or in the process
  • Well-developed technical and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, problem-solving and thinking analytically
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
