Job Summary:

They are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Development Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in project leadership, Salesforce development, support and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including the creation of custom Apex triggers and classes. Proficiency in both Dutch and/or French and English is required to effectively communicate with their international team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce development projects, ensuring their successful completion and delivery on time and within budget.
• Design, develop, and maintain customized Apex triggers, classes, and other components to enhance their Salesforce platform.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce solutions, addressing any issues and implementing necessary updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements and develop solutions that align with business needs.
• Ensure data integrity and system reliability within Salesforce.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in back-end Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in programming customized Apex triggers and classes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are a plus.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is a significant advantage.
