CRM Specialist

We are collaborating with a cutting-edge award winning company that is re-imaging the driving experience through innovative and sustainability in the automotive industry. We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM specialist to join their growing team.

As a CRM specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the customer relationship management system. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, content and customer service teams to ensure that their CRM system is fully utilised and effective in driving customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our CRM system, including data input, reporting, and analytic
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our CRM system
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new CRM features and functions
  • Monitor and analyse customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and deliver reports and presentations on CRM performance to key stakeholders
  • Assist with the design and execution of marketing campaigns using CRM data


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM specialist or similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar tool
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
