Salesforce Program Manager

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Program Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving projects to successful completion, a strong understanding of Salesforce, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce-based solutions, including custom development, integrations, and data migrations
• Act as the primary point of contact between the business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and requirements
• Provide ongoing project status reporting and risk management to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project sponsors, and business leaders
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and improve project delivery processes and methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in program management, with a focus on Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Dutch and English Fluency
