Salesforce Product Owner

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Product Owner to join the team and take ownership of the Salesforce platform. Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce product owner.
• Salesforce Certifications are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce service cloud and Field Service Lightning.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project success. Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related projects and provide leadership and guidance to the team.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, document them, and communicate them effectively to the technical team.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to users.
