Program Manager - Salesforce

Mason Frank have partnered up with a leading utilities company in Brussels. My client is committed to delivering exceptional solutions to their clients and driving innovation in their industry. As they expand their operations, they are now seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Program Manager to join their dynamic team and lead a group of talented professionals. As a Salesforce Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in their Salesforce projects while managing a diverse team of approximately 10 individuals.



Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of business analysts, application analysts, developers, and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Responsible for the successful execution of multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project objectives and priorities.
• Manage the department's project portfolio, making strategic decisions to align projects with organizational goals and resource allocation.
• Monitor and control project budgets, making adjustments as needed to maintain financial objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced Salesforce functionalities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting their professional growth and skill development.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, best practices, and technologies to drive continuous improvement within the team and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 + years) leading and managing Salesforce projects and teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and French with professional technical level English proficiency.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various modules, configurations, and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and inspiring the team.
• Prior experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
