Salesforce Business Analyst - Non-for-Profit Sector

Summary and Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for the full range of IT system requirements including analysis, project management, stakeholder management, Salesforce configuration and all overarching aspects of the organisations Salesforce management.
  • Design and/or update CRM reports and dashboards to effectively measure key business metrics for success
  • Execute a cadence to share system information to key business stakeholders
  • Capture user feedback to improve or enhance the CRM user experience, education or awareness
  • Advance skills and knowledge of declarative development of CRM
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvement
  • Manage users to maximise license utilisation; set-up new users, deactivate inactive users and maintain current user roles and profiles

Required Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of the Salesforce platform
  • Business analysis understanding
  • Ability to guide on system design and implementations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with people from different cultures across different time zones.

Required Certifications and experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years Salesforce experience
  • Salesforce certified
