Job Description:

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions to their clients. You will work closely with their clients to understand their unique business needs, design technical solutions, and provide hands-on implementation and customization services. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies
• Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
• Stay current with Salesforce best practices and industry trends
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demos and scoping

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Certified Administrator are a big plus
• 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce as a developer or technical consultant
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects
