Salesforce Technical Project Manager


Mason Frank are partnering with a global consultancy that have just opened their Salesforce Practice here in Amsterdam. This leading organisation has a strong pipeline of projects across the core Salesforce Clouds, here in the Netherlands stemming from their established and respected consultancy business. The Salesforce Project Manager will come on-board at a crucial time and be instrumental in the establishment, and future growth of the Salesforce Benelux practice.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead onshore and offshore technical teams, translating business requirements into project tasks.
  • Manage all techical aspects of multiple projects including requirements gathering & timelines
  • Act as a key contact for customer communication during project lifecycles including project reporting.
  • Project manage work performed by internal and external customers/partners by defining and refining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
  • Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints
  • Provides regular updates of the progress and status of specific projects

Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience within the core Salesforce clouds
  • 3+ years Project Management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, scale up organisation, with the ability to think outside the box and provide solutions
  • Salesforce & SCRUM Master Certified

  • Salary on dependent on experience - €80,000 - €100,000 + benefits
