Salesforce Functional Consultant

Brussels based Salesforce partner looking for a French speaking Salesforce consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a solid organization with excellent company culture.

The client is a Belgian Salesforce partner with ambitious growth plans for the Belgian market. They specialize in the technical side of Salesforce solutions and are looking for someone with functional knowledge of the platform who can feel comfortable working with clients, gathering business needs and collaborating with the technical team to propose Salesforce solutions. This client especially values entrepreneurial spirit and will promote and incentivize their employees to grow not only as Salesforce professionals but also on other personal projects.

As a Salesforce Consultant your tasks would include:

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
• Define the problem, propose and shape the solution
• Design, configure and deploy Salesforce solutions
• Follow Salesforce ecosystem development and expand knowledge to the team
• Client training and internal capability building

The appropriate candidate for this role has:

• Relevant experience with Salesforce implementations
• Relevant experience translating business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
• Confident to gather requirements from clients and stakeholders and advise solutions based on knowledge of Salesforce best practices
• Relevant experience working across Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds, experience in Marketing and Experience Clouds greatly valued
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined and team player
• Proficient in English, Dutch/French is a big plus
