Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather functional requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and design efficient solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Create test scenarios and perform testing.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate proposed solutions effectively.
• Provide expert guidance to junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business/Functional Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementation - ideally within the Service Cloud Application
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, capabilities, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Previous experience working with SLA Management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor junior team members.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst will be an advantage.
• Fluency in French and or Dutch (hard requirement for this role)
