Salesforce Developer - Certified B-Corp

The Salesforce Developer will improve business processes within Salesforce and integrated tools, and drive the continuous development of the IT landscape for Sales, Advertising and Finance billing/planning aspects.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain CRM technical quality. Deliver increased user-friendliness, scale and reliability through automation, innovation and decreased error rates
• Build and maintain software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Take ownership of (existing) architecture, integration's and data structures
• Troubleshoot, prioritize and fix production issues through support and proactive identification. Provide user instructions both as documentation and training
• Identify areas for process and master data quality improvements and help to mitigate
