The roleOur client are looking for a Technical Product Owner to assist in the go-live of their new platform and maintain it, pushing continuous improvement of their customer experience and functionality.

Responsibilities- You will be working with the newly formed Salesforce team who will be supporting and developing their new membership and donation platform
- As a Salesforce technical SME you will manage and take ownership of the technical aspects of the platform
- Working with business and IT stakeholders across the organisation to create and maintain a roadmap
- Mitigate risks to the platform
Skills, Qualifications and ExperienceRequired- Previous experience on Salesforce Service Cloud and some other clouds is preferential
- Experience with third-party or Salesforce native applications
- Current certification/s - E.g. Application Architect, PD1, App Builder or equivalent real-world experience
- Experience producing technical documentation
Preferred - Not essential- Agile Delivery experience
Additional- Hybrid 2-3x per week in office during the critical go-live period and then more remote after that (Office in Swindon)
